PHA
PHA is a municipal authority providing public housing services in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The M.I.C. Group has maintained a successful partnership with PHA for over a decade, allowing us to provide high quality housing for the residents of Philadelphia. Additionally, we work closely with internal initiatives, including the Housing Opportunity Program (HOP), to support housing opportunities for low-income families connected to PHA. Our company's effective collaboration with PHA has helped place families efficiently in affordable luxury housing.
"Rapid Rehousing"
The M.I.C. Group has partnered with Rapid Rehousing for over five years to support households experiencing homelessness by providing stable, safe, and high-quality housing. Together, we work to help individuals and families quickly transition out of homelessness and into permanent housing through our portfolio of affordable and luxury homes across the Philadelphia area.

Located in the Kingsessing neighborhood in Southwest Philadelphia, this four-unit residential development was completed in 2024 and has brought a fresh vision of modern urban living to the area.
The property features four uniquely designed homes with custom interiors, modern finishes, and efficient layouts. With close proximity to public transit, green spaces, and neighborhood amenities, residents enjoy seamless connectivity to University City and Center City.

Our most recently completed rental project brought us back to 62nd Street in West Philadelphia, where an existing single-family home was successfully redeveloped into a modern three unit triplex offering seven bedrooms throughout.
The project involved a full interior reconfiguration, including structural improvements and additions, custom designed interiors, and durable, high quality finishes tailored for long-term rental use.
Completed over a 12-month development timeline and delivered in 2025, the project represents the successful execution of a quality driven multifamily rental property that provides an elevated yet affordable living experience while contributing to the continued growth of the West Philadelphia community.
